15MnVR steel is the alloy structure container steel which is under normalized state of delivery. 15MnVR steel plate was added in a small amount of V (0.04%-0.12%) on the base of 16Mn to refine grain and precipitate reinforcement.

Due to 15 MNVR steel plate should be essentially belongs to the type of precipitation strengthening steel, so only through normalizing the grain and the carbide steel uniform dispersion after precipitation, to achieve higher plasticity and toughness, so 15 MNVR steel plate when signing the contract required delivery, normalizing condition and the level Ⅱ nondestructive inspection after delivery of the goods.
