In the EU region, Germany's crude steel output in October was 3.3 million tons, down 6.8% year on year.
In October, crude steel production in Italy was 2.2 million tons, down 3.7% year on year;
In France, 1.2 million tons, down 10.6% year on year;
In Spain, 1.2 million tons, down 7.6% year on year.
